RCN Starting Out survey: Terms and conditions

Answers will be used to inform the design of future website and digital services that may benefit our members and public stakeholders.  

Prize draw information

All submissions that include an email address will be automatically entered into a free prize draw to win a £25 John Lewis voucher. 

• The prize draw is open to RCN Starting Out users who complete our research survey.
• Only one entry per person.
• The winning entry will be drawn on 21 December 2020.
• Entrants must include their email address on the survey submission in order to be entered into the competition.
• The winner will be drawn at random. 
• The winner will receive a £25 John Lewis voucher via email. 
• There are no alternative prizes and the prize cannot be transferred to another person.
• There is only one prize.
• The outcome of the draw is final.
• The RCN will notify the winner by email.

Privacy

By submitting our website survey, you are giving the RCN permission to contact you about the prize draw. The RCN will only contact you about the prize draw.

The information you provide in the survey will be stored by the RCN.
